We are Eric and Arielle, a duo who greatly enjoys the outdoors, cooking and living off grid nestled in Alaska's boreal forest. Our family is complete with critters, chickens and bees.

We began documenting our experiences via YouTube in 2018 and are continually humbled by the folks who are a part of this never-ending journey.

Our lives are unconventional and our house is small. We are driven by the food we create and the adventures we seek. Each day we face new challenges and find ourselves constantly evolving in this beautiful state we get to call home.
